OWIN LASER adheres to put customers at the first place to provide complete installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, pre-sales and after-sales service for your company.
1. Pre-sale services
Before signing a contract, our company provides customers a variety of production technology proposal, technical advice of laser machines, sample specimens, equipment selection, and price etc. all aspect of consulting and services.
We sincerely welcome customers to visit our factory.And we provide customers with reception staff, food, transportation and other service.
2. Sale of services
If any sales questions,please feel free to contact the sales manager.If customers have problems for the machine,kindly contact our designer and engineer to get the best solution and choose the most suitable laser machines.Based on the contract, we delivery laser machine to customers place safely within the specified time. And the engineer can go to your door to install the fiber laser machine if needed. Under the basic conditions of installation ,the engineer will complete the installation and commissioning of the laser machine within 1-2 days for the customer.We provide technical training for customers at least 3 days in the customer’s place or in owin laser factory until the operator can use the laser machine. The training as follows:
Training operating instruction of turning on and off machine;
Meaning of panel and control parameters
Training parameter selection range
Training control software operation
Basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine
Dealing with common hardware problem
Noted questions in the operating process
In addition, we also provide users with the technical support related their products.
3. After-sale services
To provide customers with all aspects of service. We promise:
1. Two years warranty of fiber laser cutting machine.
2. Immediate reply online from Monday to Sunday.
3. Providing replacement parts of the laser machines within warranty for free except for consumable.
4. Supplying a wide range of hardware and software support after the warranty and enjoying free upgrades.

Owin laser guarantees the superior quality of laser machines.Final test of every set machines will be made before shipment. And the quality inspection report of every set laser machines are needed sending to quality inspection department.Every set fiber laser machine will be run for a few days in our factory,which can make sure the best performance of the laser machines.
